Vitalkne is a small movement studio based at 1/210 Toorak Rd, South Yarra VIC 3141, Australia. The website at vitalkne.world is operated from this location.

4. Accounts and purchases

Where you purchase a program, a separate order confirmation will set out the specific terms, the price paid and the access period. All prices on the website are shown in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices from time to time, but the price you paid will not change after your order is confirmed.

5. Intellectual property

All written content, illustrations, audio guides and program structures on this website are the intellectual property of Vitalkne or are used with the permission of their owners. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including republishing or redistributing our content, requires our written permission.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the website available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or because of factors outside our control. We reserve the right to change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
