A few things people ask before joining.

Do I need any equipment?

No. Every routine is designed to work on a small patch of floor or beside a chair. A folded towel is the only optional prop.

What if I miss a day?

You simply start again tomorrow. The whole structure of the program assumes life will get in the way sometimes.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our default sessions are gentle and slow. Each routine includes a softer option you can switch to at any time.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The introductory sampler on our Programs page is free and gives you a full week of routines to test.
